Christmas 2021

Christmas at St Mary's

Celebrate the true meaning of Christmas and explore what the birth of Jesus means for us today.  Come and join our special events and services available both onsite (in church) and online.  If you would like further information regarding any of our services listed below, please email Revd. Dr Dave Bookless

We are getting excited about Christmas! We have made an online Advent Calendar for children (and the young at heart!) to enjoy as we prepare to celebrate Jesus' birthday. From the first of December, there's a picture and short video for each day. Follow the Christmas story with Playmobil figures, enjoy nativity scenes from around the world and lively videos celebrating the story of Jesus' birth. Omicron Update

We have put new measures in place, in the light of the fast-changing situation     with the Omicron Variant.

We are still hoping to hold our regular Sunday services, plus our special   Christmas services with both online and onsite options, but may have to     change plans in the light of fast-moving developments. Therefore, please   check service details beforehand, in case there is an update.

Currently, there are two ways you can join us:

ONLINE: Please contact Rev Dave for the Zoom link:

                                              davebookless@stmarysnorwoodgreen.org.uk

ONSITE: If you would still like to attend in person you are very welcome, but we would ask that:

  •          You wear a mask covering your mouth and nose throughout, including whilst singing
  •     You take a Lateral Flow Test beforehand (available from chemists & supermarket pharmacies), and only
                attend if it is negative
