Approaching Easter at St Mary’s
All are warmly welcome to join us in worship us as we journey towards Easter.
As we enter this holy season, we are reminded once again of the hope and new life that come through the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Easter invites us to pause, reflect, and rejoice in God’s great love—a love that meets us in our struggles, lifts us in our weariness, and offers us the promise of life renewed.
May this Easter be a time of blessing for you and your family. As we journey together toward the joy of Resurrection morning, let us open our hearts to God’s presence, trust in His faithful promises, and share His light with those around us.

Easter Services:
Palm Sunday - 29th March at 9.50am

| Palm Sunday marks the triumphal entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem. Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, while the crowds waved palm branches and shouted "Hosanna!" (an exclamation of praise). Palm Sunday is a time of mixed sentiment because, although triumphal, it leads into the events of Holy Week and the arrest and crucifixion of Jesus |
Stations of the Cross - Monday 30th at 7.30pm - A short time of prayer and reflection together

Service of Holy Communion with Foot-washing and Stripping of the Altars. A powerful and dramatic service available Onsite and Online. Some may want to stay on for a silent vigil in Church.

A service of readings, hymns, reflections and silence for the day the world changed forever. Do join for 1, 2 or 3 hours as you're able. The first hour will be the liturgy of the cross and the third hour will be more meditative as we approach the time of Jesus' death.

Join us to worship the risen Son! Followed by hot drinks & light breakfast!

Our main Easter celebration for all ages, with joyful music, and lots of 'Hallelujahs!' Do come along and invite friends.
